Kati Bailey

Well, let’s start with my name…I am Kati! I’m also bad a describing myself in small boxes on the internet, but I’ll give it a shot. I am a lot of things really, a folower of Christ, a lover of people, a sports fanatic, a non picky eater, an optimist, a hippie to some extent, and someone who enjoys new people, new places, and new experiences in general. I’m from Huntington, WV, and I go to Marshall University, maybe you’ve seen the movie “We Are Marshall”? Maybe you haven’t, either way, that’s my school! I have a lot of Marshall pride since I’m a “townie” and have definitely been known to paint my faces and be on the front row of every football game. Skipping from the subject of football back to mission work now, I am very excited to see what God had in store for me in the next few years. There is no doubt in my mind that I have heard His call to go to Africa. Not sure how to explain it really, it’s just tugging at my heart! So I think I better not ignore it! I love mission work and am totally pumped about going.
